How are you all and thanks for helping me.

My name is Guenther Schmitt and i am fairly new to MS Access.

I created a database (Table) with my customers. Also i have a report to
print the bill. Lets say i want to print the bill from the last 5 customers
i entered in the database (table) The way i do it: I go and mark the
customers i want (in the table), then go to Filter (Filter by selection) and
then i see only the last 5 Customers in my Table view. Now i click my
report. The only way (for me) to print ONLY these 5 customers i see in the
table is: I have to go to design view (Report) then go to Report Properties,
and change the "record source" to something else and then change it back to
my customer database. Then i go back to report print view and there i have
only me 5 customers. Is there a way to do that without going back and forth
changing that record source?

I am originally from Germany (now living in the US) and i am still working
on my English .

Thanks in advance
Guenther Schmitt

or in my report.

A report should use a query as its record source. The query can have a
criteria as shown on the web page.
