Report Based on List Box

I need to run a report based on the category the reader
selected. After the reader select the category from the
list box, hit the preview report button. I want to show
the report only for that category not whole category. I am
new to access. Thanks in advance.
 
Hi Lisa.
You may want to base your report on a query and in the
query refer the category criteria to a textbox on a form,
if you call the report from a data entry form, you may
refer the criteria to forms!YourForm!txtCategory.
