Report Background

I have a very extensive hardcopy form that I want to use with my Access 2003
database. Is there a way, other than using MS Word, to copy the form as the
background of my report in Access? I have tried copy/paste, inserting jpeg,
but it just doesn't work. The form was made in MS Word as a table. When I
try to copy the table, and paste it in a report, the left side gets cut off.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
