I have about 8 Outlook "accounts" but only three different mailboxes on
different ISPs' servers... I'm using email account to specify different
"Reply To" addresses. I get email forwarded from the "real" accounts of these
reply-to addresses.

Is there any way to make Outlook use the same email "account" to reply to a
message that it was received from? At the moment, if accounts share the same
username, password, mail server etc but just a different "reply to" address
(and are set up as different accounts in Outlook) it seems to be a random
process which one is picked!

no, outlook uses the account you use to d/l the messages, not the email
account it was sent to.
