When I reply to a message, I use the "Include Message in reply" but every
time I do, its puts the old message on top of my reply.. In OE, your reply
was on top and the older message was at the bottom.. am I missing something?
Or is that the way WM handles it now.. and if that is the case.. Why? Thanks

You can set the position of the reply in Tools/Options/Advanced. It's under
Reply/Forward.

Be warned, though, if you ever use a Newsgroup other than on an MS server,
you will be flamed continuously for top posting. Many people will actually
plonk (render your postings invisible to them) you for doing that.
