When I am replying a e-mail using Outlook Web Access, both the cases (botton
Forward and Reply or Reply Message) does not show history.

What "history" do you mean?

Thank you Brian,

I am referencing the previous history or content the message before the
reply message.

Neste example:

I received the e-mail about subject: Test
Content de e-mail following above:

This a test....

When I respond this e-mail, is not appear the text: "This a test...."

I was searching in the another discussion groups, my suspect, is a
configuration Default Web Site. I would like to confirm my suspect

Thank you very much
I wait your response

Oh. You want OWA to include the original message in the reply. As far as I
can tell, it doesn't. You'll have to use cut/paste and do it for yourself.

I don't think that's entirely true. I have the same problem with my users.
Why is it that some can reply to an email and see the original message and
some can't ? I've seen this issue posted on multiple newsgroups without a
reply or one that says "it can't be done" which is bull%$#%$# because it can.
I just want to know what it works with some and not with others. Is it a
pop-up controller issue, or what??

I don't think that correct. I have the same problem with my web clients and
have seen this problem on other threads. I have some clients that can
include original message when replying and some that can't. I just want to
resolve this problem because it's critical to my business functioning. I
know it can be done but why with some and not with others. Is is a pop-up
issue??
