reply to in a mail merge

I'm using outlook 2k and word 2k, I need to do an email blast using the mail
merge feature and have the message look like it came from my boss and have
any replies go to him. Is there a way to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as currently I have to forward all
responses to him.

You would need to use a profile that where the default mail account is your
boss' account.
