Reply to All in Message Window?

Being a previous Lotus Notes user, once you hit Reply to a message, it opens
the Message window. From there, you could hit Reply to All to add the
remaining names from the original message. In Outlook, there does not seem
to be such an option. Is there any way to do this?

No. You need to choose Reply or Reply to all at the start.
