Reply Mail Format

Can you have one mail format for creating message (like
html), but another for replying to emails?
 
Outlook will always try to reply to a message in the format the original
message used. You'd have to switch the format manually, and you risk
inconveniencing or annoying the sender if you use a format their e-mail
program can't handle (and some folks just plain hate HTML messages).
