Reply from ::1: time<1ms ????

Could someone out there please fill me in on what it
means when after you ping yourself by name, the reply is
this,........ Reply from ::1: time<1ms all four
times. I dont know if that is something that only shows
up on XP machines or not. I say that because on my Win2k
it gives me back the corresponding IP address. I have
only seen the other response on XPs.

This is because you have IPv6 on your XP machine. ::1 represents the
loopback address in IPv6
