reply and forward email in outlook will not send

I have DSL connection. I can send and receive new mail with no problem.
When I 'reply' or forward', the mail will not send. Keeps trying but errors
out:
"Task 'pop9.namehub.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'" Since I have
no problem with regular sending and receving, the ISP says it is an outlook
problem.

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you have any anti-virus software
scanning your outgoing messages? If so, disable that scan as it is
typically the cause of this problem.
