I try to always Reply All to emails. I noticed about two weeks ago that when
I do, Outlook is adding my address to the distribution. This was definitely
not happening before. It is causing a lot of noise in my Inbox.

Does anyone know why or how this is happening? I don't remember changing
anything in Outlook.

Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Thanks.

You probably didn't change anything. I suspect your sender added a form of
your address that Outlook cannot match to the form used when you send a
message. If the address in the To field doesn't match your sending address,
Outlook cannot recognize it as your address and so will include it. If
Outlook can tell they match, then Outlook won't include it.

I'm not sure that is it. I looked at the email format of the sender and it
is exactly the same as it has always been and it is correct.

I did notice that is only happens with external senders, not internal
senders. By internal, I mean people in the same building as me. External
includes people in my company and people not in my company, all outside the
building I am in.

Also, it is not just one sender but several (if not all) external senders.

Please quote the relevant portions of the message to which you are
responding.

Look at the format of your address in the recipient list of the message you
received and compare it to the address defined for you in Outlook.

Right. Are you using Exchange internally?
