When running the REPLMON status reports against our
Windows 2000 Domain Controllers, I receive three "Change
Notifications" with a date stamp of 2014 or 2015 (see
example below.) This appears on all DCs in production
and test. Any ideas? Example: Object GUID: D16C0809-
CC3A-4D00-A334-B4C87F644A22
Time Added: 7/6/2015 4:14:39 PM
Flags: DRS_WRIT_REP
Transport: RPC

What server is the guid refering to? Open DNS in the _msdcs folder look
for a cname record D16C0809-CC3A-4D00-A334-B4C87F644A22. If that guid and
the server it is refering to exists - see if the clock is synced with the
PDC role holder. If you run repadmin /showreps - does it output the same
incorrect time stamp information? If not it may just be a gui bug and
should be reported to MS.

I could not find the guid in DNS so I used the GUID2OBJ support tool and it returns that this guid is assigned to the "NTDS Settings" object for a Domain Controller object in AD Sites and Services?? Looking at the report now, it seems that it gets one of these wierd dates\change notification entries for each of the DCs that are considered "Replication Partners" by replmon.
