Our company has individual email addresses, but there is one address
seen by all. When a client emails that address 3 employees all get the
same email. If employee one replies, then employees two and three
don't see the reply. As a result, they end up emailing the client that
employee one had already emailed. Is there a way that when whatever
employee replies from the general account that everyone can "see" it?
