There are two DC's in same site . I want to replicate the account lockout &
account disable to the two Dc's immediately and other things should not be
replicated as it will cause heavy traffic . Please Reply as soon as possible

The answer is simple. The servers are in the same site. It doesn't matter
*what* is replicated.

Placing DCs in the same site implys unlimited bandwidth and connectivity.

See when I remove the check mark in the account lockout in one DC it is not
immediately replicating to other DC it takes around 30 Secs to replicate to
other DC . I also changed the registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters registry
entry to 30 Secs . But what I want is account lockout & account disabled
should be replicated immediately before that 30 Secs . Infact it should be
replicated simultaneously . Please Help .

AD was not designed to accomidate this.
Those flags are replicated through normal AD replication when you manually
set them.
The best you can do is manipulate the replication parameters as you already
have.

I tend to agree with your perspective, that those sensitive operations
should be effective across your entire environment as soon as you hit the
apply button.

sounds like a good enhancment request for the next server OS.
