Replacing Windows ME with XP - what do I save?

Hi,
I see similar questions on here reference upgrading Win98
with XP and I have a question about backing up my data
before upgrading from ME to XP.

Since I know I can backup my "My Docs" stuff on a CD, my
main concern is how do I save my email that's in Outlook
Express, my address book, and any saved files for IM
services (MSN / AOL / Yahoo). Also, if you know of any
other important info that I should backup prior - please
let me know.

Any help is appreciated.
