Replace Fx with = in Excel as older excel versions were.

My old computer's version of Excel had the = sign where the Fx now appears. I
want the = sign instead of the Function button Fx to be the default.
 
It's gone, you can't get that fuinctionality even if you customize and put
the equal sign in the menu
