I am getting an annoying number of security warnings for my "intranet"
when I use a web search engine. I use Teoma, and when a page is generated
with search results, I get a security warning from Windows every time I want
to read a next page. It says. I have looked at every security setting I
know
about--is there a way to turn this off?

I already have Spybot, McAfee, Sygate, and Window Washer as well as a
hardware firewal in my router. Enough security is enough--please help.

It depends whether you want to turn this off for all sites or just you
search site.

If it is all sites then do the following, close all IE windows. Click on
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options. Click on the Security Tab > Click
the Internet Icon and the click the Custom Level button.

The settings that you are looking for are under the miscellaneous heading,
set all to enabled for no more warnings. You should also click on the
Privacy Tab and untick the Block Pop-Ups tick box.

If you want to do this just for your search site, which I would recommed the
do the following.

On the Security Tab click on Trusted Sites, Click on the sites button,
Untick "Require Server Verification", enter the url to your site in the top
text box and click on Add, Click on OK. Now click the Custom level button
and follow the above instructions for enabling settings.
