My friend got some errors in her computer. And someone ask her to goto
www.windowsrepair.net to repair the registry.

Do anyone know that whether it is a "real" website? Or is it some hacker
site?

Ask your friend to:-

Go for a system restore.Tell her to select any restore point when her
system was just fine.

if that doesn't help then she may perform a repair install.
