Repair TCP/IP Stack

what is the command to repair the tcp/ip stack? I cannot
receive an ip address from the dhcp, but it shows that I
am connected to the media. It won't even release the APIPA.

netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Make sure whatever log name you use and wherever it is on the disk, you have
SOMETHING there. Important!
