Repair Outlook from CD: source file missing

Outlook 2003 (on Windows XP - SP1) has been acting strange for several days.
In particular, when I click on an email attachment to Open or Save, the
hourglass displays for several minutes, but nothing happens. Task Manager
says "App not responding", then End Task. I can open the file from within
Excel or Word, so I know the file is OK.

From Control Panel, I tried to Repair MS Office 2003 from CD. It loaded a
bunch of .TTF files and then: "error 1311 - source file is missing
D:\ZF561407.CAB" so the repair failed. The only similar file on the CD is
ZF612707. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks,

Every time I start Outlook now, an Installer dialog flashes on/off. Then MS
Office2003 dialog opens with: "error 1907. could not register font . . ."
This may be related to a CAD program I dwonloaded and installed a few days
ago. The program works fine. I'm trying to find out why Office thinks it
needs to install a font.

Do you know the Inbox Repair Tool Advanced Outlook Repair?
