Are you talking about the folder c:\Windows\Repair? If so then you can
delete anything in there if you wish. All files in this folder are registry
backup files and are only used in case you have a corrupted registry.
However, the older these files are, the less useful they are. I consider a
registry backup file largely useless if it is more than two years old.
