Repair Corrupted Database

How can I find someone who specializes in repairing
corrupted databases. Ours is in Access 2000 & we are
receiving error message 3343 "Unrecognized database
format..."

Is there a chance that this database has been opened with Access 2002 or
Access 2003, and converted to a 2002/2003 format?
