Repair Console Couldn't log

Hi,
i've tried to repair a registry error,the Message
contains the following(blue Screen):

REGISTRY_ERROR
*check bluh bluh bluh bluh bluh*
......
0x00000005(0x00000003,0x00000003,0x00000000,0xE11AD00)
......

I've tried to fix the problem using the repair console
but the message appears everytime i log into the windows
i want to fix and whenever i start windowsxp in any mode

Please Advice(Urgent)
