repaceing windows 2000

hi i want to chage windows 2000 to windows xp pro (sp1) could i get a step by
step intrutions with pictures too

For instructions, then visit the Microsoft site or go a
Google search. There should be an ample number of hits to
provide you with all of the information you seek.

However, if the installation of Windows 2000 is current
(i.e., SP4), and clean and all of the hardware is pretty
recent, then there is nothing wrong with doing an upgrade
to Windows XP-SP2. This is probably the easiest way to do
the upgrade/replacement of Windows 2000, whilst retaining
all of the current applications in use. As a precaution,
backup important files before changing things around.
 
i mean a website not to search it
