Renaming Owner Folder

Would it screw up my system if I tried to rename the User folder in Windows
Explorer? I was thinking of using my own name to identify my "personal" folder.
 
Greetings --

The User Profile folders cannot safely be renamed with rendering
them useless. If you want to have a profile folder with a different
name, create a new user account with the desired name and then copy
any desired files and settings from the original profile to the new
one.

Thanks. I suspected that it might be dangerous, or not even allowed. So I'm
glad I aksed.
