Renaming folders in 'Documents & Settings'

Each user in my Win XP Pro installation has a folder with his/her name in
the 'Documents & Settings' folder.

I'd like to change the name of one of these folders, but I suspect it may
affect how the system refers to the user's files, etc.

Is there a way to do this?

Have u tried going to start/control panel/ user accounts? you can
probably do it from here, by going change an account, clcik the one u
wanna chage and cthen change name, i'm guessing this will change it.
