rename photos

I renamed all of my photos in Photoshop. I thought they would have the same name in MY PICTURES, they do not...do I have to do all fifty of them individually in MY PICTURES, or can I transfer the new names from photo shop

Also, can I change all the psp files to jpeg at one time. I forgot to SAVE AS jpeg.. when I made changes in photoshop..but the PROPERTIES show a jpeg picture.
