Rename Administrator Account

Hi,

Does anybody know the implications or possible problems that can arise when
renaming an administrator account in Active Directory?

There are no problems with that, except you must check, that you are not
using Administrator account in any services, scheduled tasks.... Renaming
account would cause this services to fail to start.
