One will be on the partition that actually boots (seen as C the other
on one seen from there as a different drive letter. Delete the Windows
folder in that other drive letter from the XP on C:; then Start - Run
MSConfig.exe and on the Boot.ini page click 'Check All PAths' - that to
the other drive will now no longer be valid for use and you will be able
to remove it
