removing write protected payment pop-up from program file

I recently started getting payment requests from Movieland for software
payments for a program that I did not sig up for...The altpayment file is in
"Program files" and cannot be deleted as it is write protected....Is there
any way to eliminate it?

Can you go into 'Safe Mode', then change the attribute from 'Properties',
then delete? Or sign in as the Administrator (same password) and try those
steps.

In addition to what Mr. Tognola said, it sounds like you have malware on
your computer. Go through the following removal steps, doing everything
with updated tools in Safe Mode:
