Hi,
I have had problems with the latest update from windows, and went in to try
and delete it, but it was not on my add remove programs, I would like to know
if I can delete the sp2 update and redownload it, I cannot open any of my
documents since this last update.
Would appreciate any help I can get on this one.
Thank you
BJ

Did you tick the box "Show Updates"?

Are you sure that that is what you just downloaded?

The last download was on January 10 and it was KB908519 and KB890830 since this download have not been able to open my documents and pictures. I finally found the KB908519, but not the other one in my add remove programs.

Try A system Restore.
When you switch the PC on PRESS F8 to start in safe mode. When asked "YES or
NO" Say NO it should give you a calender click a date before you update.
Follow instruction. Hope it helps!!!!!!

FYI - It is not necessary to go into Safe Mode to do a System Restore
unless you can't start the computer in Regular Mode.
