I am trying to install Windows XP when I get to the partition area it tells
me I can
remove the partitions, or install in a different one. It will not let me
delete the
ME partition and I do not have enough space in the other partition to install
XP.

What can I do since I do want to install XP in the ME Partition

Thank you

It sounds like you put the XP disc in a running installation.
you need to boot fromt the XP cd...
then you should be able to delete any partition you want

This an XP upgrade attempting to install from ME windows environment? Do
you want to retain the ME settings in XP?
