removing Windows games from XP home (pinball, freecell, solitaire)

I'm addicted to these games. Normally, they cannot be removed using the "Add/Remove Programs" tool. On my own computer (Win 2K Pro), I removed them using the steps in KB223182 to edit sysoc.inf (applies to Win 2K Pro only). Now, my wife bought a new Toshiba laptop with Win XP Home, and there doesn't seem to be an equivalent file, nor can I find a KB article covering the issue.
 
If you want to remove them (the games), go to Add/Remove,
Windows Components, Accessories, Games and uncheck the
ones you don't want.
