Your installation isn't complete. I'd recommend downloading beta2 (there's
a link off the front page at www.microsoft.com) and reinstalling it.
Before starting the install, disable real-time protection in your antivirus.
Enable that protection after the install completes.
Once you get a good install, go to add or remove programs, and uninstall.
