Removing unwanted folders (or just hiding them)

I have no use for the Journal, Notes, Sync Issues, Tasks, or Search Folders
folders which I see in my Outlook list. Is there any way to either a) Delete
them completely, or b) Set them as hidden somehow so I just don't see them?
They are taking up screen space and I have a ton of personal folders. Having
these extra items makes my personal folders not all fit on one screen.

Add the folders you wish to see to your Shortcuts Navigation View and just
display that.
