Removing Smart Tags !

I have tried disabling Smart Tags using the AutoCorrect
options, selecting the Smart Tags Tab and removing the
tick in the Label text with smart tags check box. And
I've also tried removing the tick from the Show Smart Tags
Options Buttons check box.

I'm still getting Smart Tags appearing.

Does anybody have any ideas for me to get rid of these
Tags ?

Are you seeing Smart Tags or Options buttons (like Paste Options?) Try removing the checks from Tools|Options|Edit, Cut and Paste Options.

For smart tags that have already been inserted, you have to click on the
"Remove Smart Tags" button.
