How do I remove the "Send This Sheet" from my Excel WorkBook?

What/where is this "Send this sheet" that is referred to? I thought it
might mean the "Send To" that is in the File menu but it doesn't remove
that. Thanks for your help. Otto

With xl2002, when you send an email, sometimes the send to is left. This
removes that.

The send this sheet is like part of the tool bar that would allow you to
e-mail the spreadsheet.
It has a To entry box for the addressee, a cc box and a Subject of the
message box.
