I have 2 users as administrators;
(a) Administrator
(b) name of the second admin)

How do I remove (b) and all b's folders safely?
I don't want to disable (b), I want to remove from the machine.

Thanks in advance

Go to Control Panel and select USER Accounts and select USER B and select
REMOVE. Now go to your C:\ drive and open up the folder called document and
settings and select USER B's folder, it will have USER B's name on it and
select Delete. You should be all set....

Additionally you should not run with just the built in Administrator
account. That one should be kept as a fall back in case the primary
account is damaged. Keep a second admin level account to use for day to
day activities.

not a good idea.

second account is "not" Administrator!

just has similar group policies/permissions as Master "Administrator"!!

OK, I removed the account (b)

Then went to documents and setings, se;ected the (b) folder and hit
delete.

Error message "cannot delete (b) Access is denied.
Make sure the disc is not full or write-protected and the file is not
currently in use"

I did try logging in under safe mode but got the same error message.

What's my next option or shall I simply ignore the folder as the (b)
adm,inistrator no longer exists?

"I pulled the trigger but can I have the bullet back please"

Scatterling,
The error message is probably one or two files inside the account folder.
Instead of trying to delete the entire account in full, try deleting various
items in the folders by themselves. If the file that won't delete is listed,
write it down and avoid this file when deleting the folders/files.
