We have set up a process in another application which
requires communication between staff. To facilitate this,
a message form in MS Outlook 2000 is launched which is
populated with some data from the other application. All
working well.
Within the body of the email, we have included text to
tell users to click on the url in the message body - DO
NOT REPLY to email. (Using the url allows them to perform
the next task in the process.)
To enforce that the user does not reply (which will take
them outside of the required process) ... is it possible
to remove the ability to "Reply" on the email message form?

Yes, on the (Actions) tab of the form in design mode, you can disable the
Reply and Reply All actions.
