I have several processes, that are always running on ny
computer. I can see them when I hit ctrl alt delete. At
this point it gives me the option to end the processes,
but each time I retart my computer, the processes start
up again. How to do I remove these processes completely
from my start up and from my computer?? These processes
do not show up in my program lists, and cannot be deleted
this way. The only place they show up is on my list of
running processes. Please help. Thank you.

They don't show in your program list because they are not programs but
computer processes. You have to be careful with these because some are
required. Go to web: http://www.theeldergeek.com/services_guide.htm and you
can see what each of the processes are and a good answer in which can be
stopped and which shouldn't.

I have already looked into which processes were necessary
and which weren't at another site. The two specific
unecessary processes that I want removed are Save.exe and
backweb.exe but I cannot figure out how to go about
removing them. I can end the process, but the very next
time I start up my computer they are there again.

You have "spyware" running on your computer.

Download and run this spyware removal tool:

C:\Program Files\Save\Save.exe

HKLM\..\Run: [WhenUSave] C:\Program Files\Save\Save.exe

go to Add/Remove Programs in Control panel and uninstall WhenUSave/SaveNow or
Save.

backweb.exe
Automatically detects an internet connection and downloads any available
updates. Typical on Compaq and HP PC's but not restricted to those OEM's.
Resource hog and often causes malfunctions. Available via Start -> Programs

I downloaded the suggested program, and it detected 419,
yes 419!!!! different spywares on my computer! I had to
actually purchase the program to remove the spyware, but
well worth it I think. Upon reboot, the two items I was
trying to remove were indeed gone. Thank you!

Free!!!! I wish I had seen this before I paid for that
other program...haha. Good to know though, I do have a
few friends who were suffering the same problems as I was
with the spyware, I will pass this info on to them.
Thanks for all of your help.
