Removing pre-installed softwares

To make more space in my hard drive, I would like to
remove/uninstall pre-installed softwares that had come
with my PC when I purchased it and I have never used.

Does removing/uninstalling them permanently delete them
from PC? Or, can I re-install them later on?

Uninstalling a program completely removes it. If you have the install file
or and install cd for the program then you can reinstall the program at any
time.

Yes.


Or, can I re-install them later on?

You can reinstall them later only if you have the installation
media (normally a CD) for them, or some other means of
reinstallation provided by your vendor (like a restore CD for
them).
