Outlook XP. I need to remove a permanent attachment (address info) that is built into a person's e-mails. It is not a signature. I don't know how it was built initially (add-in, object, etc.) and efforts to remove it have failed. Can someone give me an idea what to look for to delete it from future e-mails? Thanks.

What kind of address info? What does it look like?
