Removing P3 from mobo

I've just upgraded and now have an old mobo with a Pentium 3 firmly
clamped to it. How do I get it off? I've googled but got nowhere.

Undo the spring clip, lift up the lever, disconnect the power connecting
cable & lift up the fan/processor.
