Has anyone any ideas on how to get myself the hundreds of mailing lists that i now find myself on after using this service? Its crazy, the emails dont even have any content!!!
As has happened to many of us, you posted to a newsgroup with your "real"
email address. Spammers have harvested your address and you are now fair
game for their brands of mischief.
Things to try:
1) Change your email address
2) Check into whether your ISP offers spam-filtering.
3) Run a firewall and anti-virus and keep your defintions current.
4) Enact rules on your mail client to filter garbage.
5) Smile, you're not alone...
