Removing My Computer from Internet Zone

A friend of mine added My Computer to the Security Zones in Internet
Explorer and now not only can I not change it because it seems to be gone
and when ever I try to open things such as Services in Admin tools I get a
prompt to whether or not I want to run scripts on this page, how do I remove
this or fix this?

So what happens when you set the My Computer security zone to its default
protection level?
 
21 is the default setting.

Check the settings of this key...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\

Value Name: Flags
