removing folder opetions

Dear All,
I m facing a huge problem from few days in my pc,
1. folder opetions not in tools menu.
2. generate duplecate folders size 64 kb.
3. and working to much

i have latest antivirus with last update. before i compleated scan for virus
but no
virus were found.

Plese tell me what should i do.

Hi Mehfooz,
Try this fix from here:
Line 129 - 1st column = Restore Folder Options under Tools:

Also make sure your computer is clean from malwares as you mentioned you
scanned for viruses, so try to download this software and update it then run
a scan:
