Removing Error messages

I get an error message after my windows XP boots and
the icons appear that reads in the title bar (WJView
ERROR) then below that (could not locate Java Virtual
Machine:class not registered). I had Java on machine the
deleted then reinstalled new copy then deleted that still
get the error message. What file or where to go to remove
this error message don't want Java installed?
