Spyware added 2 icons to my control panel. I used the
add and remove programs to get rid of the actual programs
but there the icons in control panel are still there for
parts of the programs that were installed. How can I get
rid of them?

sstephy;

Do a search for *.cpl. You'll have to figure out what is bogus.
Once you figure out the bogus ones, delete 'em.
Any questions, post back.

Here's the ones I know aren't bogus.
