Hi,
If the software's that old, it may be in autoexec.bat - try opening it in
notepad to check. More startup locations:

Hi,
So, obviously the problem is this:
Load[0] hpljsw.exe FRONTDESK\Our Dental Office
*HKU\S-1-5-21-1078081533-823518204-1801674531-1004\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS
NT\CURRENTVERSION\Windows
Load[0] hpljsw.exe All Users win.ini
Click start/run and type %windir%\win.ini and click ok to open it in
notepad. See if you find a line that references the hpljsw.exe file
and
place a semicolon at the beginning of that line. Then close saving
changes
and reboot to see if this corrects the problem.
